Desford spoorwegstation was een spoorwegstation in Leicestershire, Engeland, aan de Leicester en Swannington Spoorweg, die later deel uitmaakte van de Midland Spoorwegbaan van Leicester naar Burton upon Trent.
Het oorspronkelijke station werd geopend op 18 juli 1832; oorspronkelijk genaamd Desford Lane, werd het op 26 april 1833 omgedoopt tot Desford. Dit station werd gesloten op 27 maart 1848, en vervangen door een nieuw station, ook genaamd Desford, gelegen op 135 meter ten westen van het oorspronkelijke station. Het station lag ongeveer 0,6 mijl ten noordoosten van het dorp Desford, dicht bij het gehucht Newtown Unthank.
