Heath Chapel is gelegen in een afgelegen positie in een veld in de voormalige burgerlijke parochie van Heath, Shropshire, Engeland. Het is een Anglicaanse kapel in het dekanaat van Ludlow, de aartsdiakenij van Ludlow, en het bisdom Hereford. De kapel wordt bediend door het Ludlow Team Ministry. Het is geregistreerd in de nationale erfgoedlijst voor Engeland als een aangewezen Grade I monument. De auteurs van de serie Buildings of England beschrijven het als "het perfecte voorbeeld van een rijke kleine Normandische kapel". De vermelding in de nationale erfgoedlijst voor Engeland stelt dat het "nationaal zeer opmerkelijk is omdat het substantieel onveranderd is gebleven in gebruik, status, formaat en stijl".
