Taunton Castle is een kasteel dat is gebouwd om de stad Taunton, Somerset, Engeland te verdedigen. Het heeft zijn oorsprong in de Angelsaksische periode en was later de locatie van een priorij. De Normandiërs bouwden toen een kasteel van steen, dat toebehoorde aan de Bisschoppen van Winchester. De huidige sterk gereconstrueerde gebouwen zijn de binnenplaats, die nu het Museum van Somerset en het Somerset Militair Museum huisvest. Het gebouw werd in 1952 aangewezen als een rijksmonument van het type I.
