Duncansby Head is het meest noordoostelijke deel van zowel het Schotse als het Britse vasteland, iets ten noordoosten van John o' Groats. Het ligt ongeveer 20 km ten oost-zuidoosten van Dunnet Head, het noordelijkste punt van zowel het Schotse als het Britse vasteland. Duncansby Head ligt in Caithness, Highland, in het noordoosten van Schotland. De kaap steekt uit in de Noordzee, met het Pentland Firth aan de noord- en westzijde en de Moray Firth aan de zuidzijde.
