De Slag bij de Medway vond plaats in 43 na Chr. op grondgebied van de Keltische stam der Cantiaci, in het zuidoosten van het huidige Engeland. Het was de eerste grote veldslag in de laatste en derde Romeinse invasie van Brittannië. Het Romeinse leger werd door Aulus Plautius en keizer Claudius geleid. Nadat de Britse Kelten de Romeinse invasie ontdekt hadden, verenigden zij zich onder het commando van Togodumnus en zijn broer Caratacus om de Romeinen te bestrijden. Zij werden verslagen, waarmee de Romeinse overheersing in Brittannië begon.
