HM Prison Swaleside is een gevangenis voor mannen van categorie B, gelegen dicht bij het dorp Eastchurch op het eiland Sheppey, Kent. Swaleside maakt deel uit van het cluster van Sheppey-gevangenissen, dat ook HMP Elmley en HMP Standford Hill omvat. De gevangenis wordt beheerd door de Prison Service van Hare Majesteit.
Swaleside opende in 1988 met vier woonvleugels, elk met een capaciteit van 126 gedetineerden. Vleugel E, een speciaal gebouwde drugbehandelingsafdeling, opende in 1998, met een capaciteit van 120 gedetineerden. In 1999 opende vleugel F, ook ontworpen voor 120 gedetineerden. Daarna werden er nog twee vleugels toegevoegd, vleugel G in 2009 en vleugel H in 2010, elk met een capaciteit van 179. De gevangenis heeft ook een segregatie-eenheid met 25 bedden en een opname-eenheid voor gezondheidszorg met 17 bedden.
