Garratt Lane is een lange straat in de Londense wijk Wandsworth, onderdeel van de A217-weg. Het verbindt Wandsworth High Street met Tooting Broadway en is ongeveer 4 kilometer lang. Het loopt door Earlsfield en Summerstown, voorafgaand aan hun ontwikkeling in de late 19e eeuw, velden van Wandsworth.
Garratt Lane heeft een gemengd gebruik langs zijn lengte. In het noorden zijn er nieuw ontwikkelde winkels, waaronder een grote winkelcentrum met één verdieping en parkeerplaatsen erboven. Het stuk tussen Allfarthing Lane en Burntwood Lane bestaat voornamelijk uit diverse winkels, waaronder een paar professionele diensten. Het zuidelijke gedeelte is voornamelijk residentieel, hoewel er rond Summertown enkele lichte industrieën en het Wimbledon Stadium zijn.
