De A57 is een belangrijke weg in Engeland. Hij loopt oostwaarts van Liverpool naar Lincoln, via Warrington, Cadishead, Irlam, Patricroft, Eccles, Salford en Manchester, vervolgens door de Pennines over de Snake Pass (tussen de hoge heidevelden van Bleaklow en Kinder Scout), rond het Ladybower Reservoir, door Sheffield en langs Worksop. Binnen Manchester wordt een kort stuk de A57(M) snelweg (de Mancunian Way).
