Aldwych, tot 1915 Strand geheten, is een voormalig station van de metro van Londen in de City of Westminster, dat werd geopend in 1907. Het was het eindstation van een kleine aftakking van de Piccadilly Line vanaf Holborn. Er zijn diverse onuitgevoerde verlengingsvoorstellen gedaan over deze aftakking.
Naar het station reed een pendeldienst en vanwege de kleine aantallen passagiers is diverse malen het voorstel gedaan om het station te sluiten. Uiteindelijk reden er nog lange tijd treinen in piekuren op werkdagen. In 1994 ging men uiteindelijk tot sluiting over toen de lift vervangen moest worden en de kosten daarvan niet opwogen tegen de opbrengsten.
