De A75 is een primaire hoofdweg in Schotland, die Stranraer en zijn veerhavens bij Cairnryan verbindt met de A74 bij Gretna, dicht bij de grens met Engeland en de M6 snelweg.
Rijdend naar het westen langs de zuidkust van Schotland vanaf het kruispunt met de A74 snelweg bij Gretna, gaat het verder langs Eastriggs, Annan, Dumfries, Castle Douglas, Gatehouse of Fleet, Newton Stewart, Kirkcowan en Glenluce voordat het eindigt bij Stranraer.
