Forestside Winkelcentrum is gelegen in Newtownbreda in de zuidelijke voorsteden van Belfast, Noord-Ierland. De eerste fase van het centrum, de 39.000 vierkante voet Sainsbury's winkel, opende in maart 1997. De populariteit van het centrum heeft de verwachtingen overtroffen, met verkeersdrukte als probleem in de piekhandelseizoenen. Sainsbury's was verplicht te betalen voor uitgebreide wegwerkzaamheden op de A24/A55 kruising.
