Sty Head is een bergpas in het Engelse Lake District, in de provincie Cumbria. Het ligt op een hoogte van 1.600 voet en er is een klein meertje nabij de top. De pas ligt aan het begin van Wasdale, dat het meer Wastwater bevat, en het ligt tussen de bergen van Great Gable en Scafell Pike.
