De Hogsmill-rivier in Surrey en Groot-Londen, Engeland is een kleine kalkstroom die een zijriviertje van de rivier de Theems is. Hij ontspringt in Ewell en stroomt de Theems in bij Kingston upon Thames in het laagste niet-getijde bereik, dat boven de sluis van Teddington ligt.
De rivier is 10 km lang en heeft een opvanggebied van ongeveer 73 km2. Het nabijgelegen land was vroeger overstromingsweides; na verbeteringen is het nu voornamelijk sportvelden, een rioolwaterzuiveringsinstallatie en groene ruimte, behalve voor de stadscentra van Kingston en Epsom. Het is een habitat voor veel dieren, vissen en insecten.
