Het Enniskillen-kasteel is gelegen in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Noord-Ierland. Het werd oorspronkelijk gebouwd in de 16e eeuw en herbergt nu het Fermanagh County Museum en het regimentsmuseum van de Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers en de 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards.
Het eerste Enniskillen-kasteel werd op deze locatie gebouwd door Hugh Macguire in 1428. Het speelde een grote rol in de Ierse opstanden tegen de Engelse heerschappij in de 16e eeuw en werd na een belegering van acht dagen in 1594 ingenomen. Kapitein William Cole verbouwde en vernieuwde het kasteel en voegde de toren aan de rivierzijde toe in het zuiden, bekend als de Watergate, in 1609. Het kasteel werd verbouwd tot “Castle Barracks” als onderdeel van de reactie op een dreiging van een Franse invasie in 1796. Castle Barracks werd de thuisbasis van het 27e Regiment of Foot in 1853. Het regiment verhuisde in 1875 naar speciaal gebouwde faciliteiten in St Lucia Barracks, Omagh en evolueerde, na een fusie, tot de Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers in 1881.
