De rivier de Thet is een rivier in Norfolk, Engeland en is een zijrivier van de rivier de Little Ouse. Het ontspringt in Breckland met bronnen in Deopham Green en Rockland All Saints en stroomt naar de Little Ouse in Thetford nadat het ongeveer naar het zuidwesten heeft gevloeid.
De belangrijkste bronnen voor zijn verschillende kleine zijrivieren omvatten de kalkhoudende vallei ven SSSIs Swangey Fen, Old Buckenham Fen, Middle Harling Fen en Kenninghall en Banham Fens met Quidenham Mere. Carr-bos is ook een veelvoorkomende habitat in de overstromingsvlakte waar open wetlands zijn beïnvloed door struikgewas. De onderliggende geologie is klei/lemig boven kalksteen voor de oostelijkste delen van de rivier en zand/grind boven kalksteen voor het merendeel van de rivier.
