Alfrick Pound dorp ligt aan de rand van het Malvern Hills gebied, ongeveer tien mijl ten westen van Worcester, nabij de Suckley Hills, en is gelegen in een zeer landelijk gebied.
Het heeft een zeer kleine bevolking van bewoners en een klein aantal eigendommen. De geschiedenis leert ons dat de Alfrick Pound ooit een gebied was waar verdwaalde dieren in een pounded gehouden werden totdat de eigenaar werd opgespoord of opdaagde om ze op te eisen, waarbij een kleine boete moest worden betaald om dit te doen.
