De Kolos van Rhodos was een reusachtig standbeeld van de god Helios, gebouwd op het eiland Rhodos in de 3e eeuw v.Chr. door Chares van Lindos. Zijn grootte was ongeveer gelijk aan die van het moderne Vrijheidsbeeld, gelegen in New York, hoewel het op een minder hoge basis rustte. Het was een van de Zeven Wonderen van de Oude Wereld.
