De Kerk van St. Blasius is een Barokkerk in Dubrovnik en een van de belangrijke bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Sint Blasius, door de middeleeuwse Slaven geïdentificeerd met de heidense god Veles, is de patroonheilige van de stad Dubrovnik en voorheen de beschermer van de onafhankelijke Republiek Ragusa.
De kerk werd in 1715 gebouwd door de Venetiaanse architect en beeldhouwer Marino Gropelli op de fundamenten van de zwaar beschadigde romaanse middeleeuwse kerk. Hij modelleerde de kerk naar de Venetiaanse kerk van San Maurizio van Sansovino.
