Darver Castle is een versterkte toren en landhuis gelegen in Readypenny, Dundalk, County Louth, Ierland, daterend uit de 12e eeuw. De naam "Darver" is afgeleid van het Ierse woord "Dairbhe" wat "Eikenhout" betekent.
Naar aanleiding van de tweede fase van de Normandische invasie van Ierland in 1171, schonk koning Hendrik II van Engeland 500 acres land aan Patrick Babe, die een versterkte toren oprichtte op een hoger gelegen stuk grond binnen het hem geschonken land. De oorspronkelijke gebouwen op de locatie van Darver Castle zouden van hout zijn geweest; de stenen toren die vandaag de dag zichtbaar is, werd toegevoegd rond 1432. Ondanks voorbereidingen voor de mogelijkheid van een belegering, is er geen bewijs dat er ooit een belegering bij Darver Castle is geprobeerd.
