De Kathedraal van Onze Lieve Vrouw Ten Hemel Opgenomen en Sint Nicolaas, algemeen bekend als de Galway Kathedraal, is een rooms-katholieke kathedraal in Galway, Ierland, en een van de grootste en meest indrukwekkende gebouwen in de stad.
De bouw begon in 1958 op de plaats van de oude stadsgevangenis. Het werd voltooid in 1965, waardoor het de laatste grote stenen kathedraal is die in Europa werd gebouwd. Het werd gezamenlijk gewijd aan Onze Lieve Vrouw Ten Hemel Opgenomen en aan Sint Nicolaas.
