Ballaghaderreen-kathedraal is de kathedraal van het Rooms-Katholieke bisdom Achonry. Gelegen in Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon in Ierland, werd de kathedraal in 1855 in opdracht gegeven.
De kathedraal, in opdracht van bisschop Patrick Durcan in gotische stijl, werd gestart in 1855 en voltooid in 1860. Durcan was enkele jaren eerder naar het kleine bisdom gekomen en wilde een nieuwe kathedraal die voldeed aan de behoeften van de mensen van Ballaghaderreen.
