De Owenmore River is een rivier in County Sligo, Ierland. De bron bevindt zich in het verre zuiden van Sligo, nabij Gorteen en Lough Gara, vanwaar hij 52,3 km stroomt tot zijn samenvloeiing met de Unshin River nabij Collooney om de Ballisodare River te vormen. Het stroomgebied beslaat 655 vierkante kilometer, voornamelijk gelegen in Sligo, maar met kleine delen in County Mayo en County Roscommon. Het stroomgebied wordt ondersteund door kalksteen, en de totale lengte van alle rivieren in het Greater Owenmore Basin Area bedraagt 639 kilometer. Er zijn ongeveer 1.470 hectare aan meren in het stroomgebied, waarbij Lough Arrow het grootste deel hiervan beslaat.
