Universitair Ziekenhuis Waterford, voorheen bekend als Waterford Regionaal Ziekenhuis, is een onderwijsziekenhuis gelegen in Waterford, County Waterford, Ierland. Het wordt beheerd door de Zuid/Zuidwest Ziekenhuisgroep.
Het ziekenhuis heeft zijn oorsprong in het Ardkeen Borziekenhuis, dat in 1952 werd opgericht. Nadat in 1959 diensten van St. Patrick's Hospital in Waterford waren overgedragen, ontwikkelde het borziekenhuis zich tot een algemeen ziekenhuis dat bekend staat als Waterford Regionaal Ziekenhuis. Nieuwe faciliteiten, waaronder een nieuwe afdeling voor spoedeisende hulp, een nieuwe neonatale eenheid en een nieuwe CT-scan eenheid, werden officieel geopend door James Reilly, Minister van Volksgezondheid, in mei 2014. Het ziekenhuis kreeg op dat moment de naam Universitair Ziekenhuis Waterford.
