De Castel Vecchio-brug of Scaligerbrug is een versterkte brug in Verona, Noord-Italië, over de Adige. De segmentboogbrug had de grootste overspanning ter wereld op het moment van zijn bouw.
Hij werd gebouwd door Cangrande II della Scala, om hem een veilige ontsnappingsroute te bieden vanuit het aan de brug verbonden kasteel in het geval van een opstand van de bevolking tegen zijn tirannieke heerschappij. De stevigheid van de constructie zorgde ervoor dat het onbeschadigd bleef tot, in het late 18e eeuw, de Franse troepen de toren aan de linkeroever verwoestten.
