Het door de familie gemanagede Bed and Breakfast ligt in Santa Maria a Monte, een middeleeuws stadje gelegen in de heuvels in het hart van Toscane niet ver van Pisa. Het Bed & Breakfast beschikt over twee grote kamers met elk een king-size bed, daarnaast is er één appartement beschikbaar met een slaapkamer en een woon-eetkeuken. Alle kamers & appartementen beschikken over een eigen badkamer en sanitair voorziening. Ontbijt wordt iedere morgen geserveerd waarbij uitsluitend gebruik wordt gemaakt van lokale en seizoens-producten, daarnaast wordt er iedere ochtend heerlijk verse cappuccino of espresso geserveerd bij het ontbijt.
Het Bed & Breakfast is gelegen in Santa Maria a Monte, een historisch stadje gelegen in de heuvels van Toscane. De grote steden in de buurt, Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Livorno, en Siena zijn goed bereikbaar per auto.
