De Siciliaanse Vespers is de populaire naam voor de volksopstand die op 31 maart 1282 te Palermo op Sicilië uitbrak en zich vandaar over het gehele eiland verbreidde.
Over deze dramatische gebeurtenis heeft Giuseppe Verdi een opera geschreven, met de titel "Les vêpres siciliennes".
