De Cappella Colleoni is een kapel en mausoleum verbonden aan de Basilica van St. Maria Maggiore in de noord-Italiaanse stad Bergamo.
Gewijd aan de heiligen Bartholomeus, Markus en Johannes de Doper, werd het gebouwd tussen 1472 en 1476 als het persoonlijke heiligdom voor de condottiere Bartolomeo Colleoni, een lid van een van de meest vooraanstaande families van de stad, en zijn geliefde dochter Medea. De gekozen locatie was die van de sacristie van de kerk, die werd gesloopt door Colleoni's soldaten. Of de sloop wel of niet was goedgekeurd door de kerkelijke bestuurders blijft het onderwerp van wetenschappelijk debat onder Italiaanse historici.
