De basiliek van Santa Prisca is een basiliek in Rome. De basiliek is gewijd aan de Heilige Prisca. De kerk bevindt zich op de Aventijn, aan de Via di S. Prisca, 11.
De kerk werd in de vierde of vijfde eeuw gebouwd, boven een tempel van Mithras. De kerk werd ernstig beschadigd tijdens de inval van Robert Guiscard in 1084 en is verschillende keren gerestaureerd. Voor wat betreft het interieur is de antieke oorsprong alleen nog te herkennen aan de zuilen. In de kerk wordt een doopvont bewaard, dat volgens de overlevering nog door de H. Petrus zou zijn gebruikt. Het altaar in de crypte van de kerk bevat relieken van de H. Prisca. De fresco's in de crypte zijn van de hand van Antonio Tempesta en dateren van het begin van de zeventiende eeuw. Anastasio Fontebuoni maakte de fresco's in het schip van de kerk. Ze stellen heiligen en engelen met instrumenten voor.
