De slag bij het meer van Regillus is een veldslag die in 496 v.Chr. werd geleverd tussen de legers van de Romeinse Republiek en de Latijnen.
In de zesde eeuw voor Christus was het grondgebied van Rome zodanig uitgebreid dat het de stadsgrenzen van enkele steden in Latium raakte. Dit tot groot ongenoegen van de inwoners van deze steden, die dan ook naar hun wapens grepen. De veldslag was cruciaal voor het voortbestaan van de jonge republiek. Onder aanvoering van de veldheer Aulus Postumius Albinus behaalden de Romeinen een klinkende overwinning, waarmee het fundament voor de Romeinse hegemonie over de volkeren van het huidige Midden-Italië was gelegd.
