Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi, voorheen bekend als Stadio XXV Aprile, is een sportstadion dat is gewijd aan rugby union, gelegen in de stad Parma in de regio Emilia-Romagna in het noorden van Italië. Het verving het oorspronkelijke Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi dat in juli 2008 werd gesloopt.
Het is een arena met 5.000 zitplaatsen die de rugbyteams Crociati Parma Rugby FC en Gran Parma Rugby huisvest. Het herbergt ook het American footballteam Parma Panthers. In 2012 werd het ook het thuisstadion van de Zebre Parma-franchise die Aironi verving in de Pro12-competitie en de Heineken Cup.
