Rione Sanità is een buurt in Napels, die deel uitmaakt van de wijk Stella. Het ligt ten noorden van het historische centrum van Napels, naast de Capodimonte-heuvel.
Wat nu Rione Sanità is, was een begraafplaats in de Romeinse en Hellenistische tijden, zoals blijkt uit de ontdekking van Hellenistische hypogea en vroege christelijke catacomben. Het gebied werd bewoond in de late 16e eeuw. Sommige lokale tradities en plaatsen, zoals het ritueel van de Pezzentelle, getuigen van een culturele houding ten opzichte van de dood die mogelijk gerelateerd is aan het oorspronkelijke gebruik van het gebied.
