De kathedraal van Fiesole, of de kathedraal van Saint Romulus van Fiesole, officieel de kathedraal van Saint Romulus van Fiesole, is een rooms-katholieke kathedraal in Fiesole, Toscane, centraal Italië. Het is de zetel van de bisschop van Fiesole en is gewijd aan Saint Romulus.
De eerste kathedraal van Fiesole stond lager op de heuvel dan de huidige, en was volgens de traditie gebouwd boven de plaats van de martelaarsdood van Saint Romulus van Fiesole. In 1028 werd de huidige kathedraal gesticht door bisschop Jacopo de Beier. Hij wilde dat deze binnen de stadsmuren zou staan. De oude kathedraal werd omgevormd tot een Benedictijner abdij en werd bekend als de "Badia di Fiesole". Het werd in 1466 herbouwd door een leerling van Filippo Brunelleschi. De gevel, daterend uit de 11e eeuw, is nog steeds bewaard gebleven. Het bevat opmerkelijke vroege werken van Mino da Fiesole. De abdij werd in 1778 gesloten.
