Het station van Asciano is een Italiaans treinstation aan de spoorlijn Siena-Chiusi in Zuid-Toscane. Het dient als een knooppunt voor de lijn naar Monte Antico.
Het werd geopend op 11 september 1859 als een tussenstation op de spoorlijn Siena-Chiusi. In 1872 opende een nieuwe lijn om Grosseto en Siena met elkaar te verbinden, die hier van de hoofdspoorlijn afslaat. Tot 1927 was het de enige verbinding tussen de twee steden, maar een nieuwe lijn opende tussen Siena en Monte Antico, waardoor het verkeer op het stuk tussen hier en Monte Antico aanzienlijk afnam, en uiteindelijk in 1994 werd gesloten voor reguliere passagiersdiensten. Sindsdien blijven reguliere passagiersdiensten dit station bedienen op reizen tussen Siena en Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. Het station heeft een draaischijf, die af en toe wordt gebruikt voor stoomlocomotieven die langs de spoorlijn Asciano-Monte Antico rijden.
