Het Palazzo Spinelli di Laurino is een paleis, gelegen op de hoek van Via Nilo en Via dei Tribunali in het centrum van Napels, Italië. Op de locatie werd voor het eerst in de 15e eeuw een paleis gebouwd, maar de huidige indeling, met een elliptische binnenplaats, werd in opdracht van Trojano Spinelli gerealiseerd. De binnenplaats doet denken aan het interieur van Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola. De structuur is sterk gewijzigd, maar bevat nog steeds in de binnenplaats een hint van vroegere grootheid met dubbele hellingstoelen, en standbeelden die deugden afbeelden langs de dakranden, en een majolika-klok op een driehoekig fronton, bekroond door een Maagd van de Ongeschoeide Ontvangenis.
