De Ruvo Kathedraal is een rooms-katholieke kathedraal in Ruvo di Puglia, een stad in Apulië, Zuid-Italië, gewijd aan de Tenhemelopneming van de Maagd Maria. Voorheen de bisschoppelijke zetel van het Bisdom Ruvo, is het nu een co-kathedraal in het Bisdom Molfetta-Ruvo-Giovinazzo-Terlizzi. Het gebouw is een belangrijk voorbeeld van de late Apulische Romaanse architectuur, gebouwd tussen de 12e en 13e eeuw, met verschillende latere aanpassingen.
