De kathedraal van Bitonto is een rooms-katholieke kathedraal in de stad Bitonto in de provincie Bari, Italië.
De kathedraal, gewijd aan de Heilige Maria, was de zetel van het kleine bisdom Bitonto vanaf de oprichting van het bisdom, wat men gelooft in de 8e eeuw, tot 1818, toen het werd samengevoegd met het naburige bisdom Ruvo om het bisdom Ruvo e Bitonto te vormen. Dit werd in 1982 weer gescheiden, en het bisdom Bitonto, met de kathedraal van Bitonto als zetel, werd tijdelijk hersteld, maar werd in 1986 samengevoegd met het aartsbisdom Bari om het aartsbisdom Bari-Bitonto te vormen, waarin de kathedraal van Bitonto nu een co-kathedraal is.
