Ustica is een klein Italiaans vulkanisch eiland, 70 kilometer ten noorden van de Siciliaanse hoofdstad Palermo.
Het eiland Ustica vormt de gelijknamige gemeente. Bestuurlijk gezien hoort het bij de provincie Palermo, die zelf onderdeel is van de autonome regio Sicilië.
