Nisida is een relatief klein Italiaans eiland van vulkanische oorsprong in de Golf van Napels. Het is een van de Flegreïsche Eilanden en behoort daarmee tot de Campanische Archipel.
Het eiland is cirkelvorming, met de vorm van een halve maan, met een diameter van circa 0,5 km. De cirkelvormige inham in het eiland is een overstroomde kratermonding die aan de zuidwestelijke kust de baai van Porto Paone vormt. Het hoogste punt van het eiland ligt op een hoogte van 109 meter boven de zeespiegel.
