Het Palazzo dei Notai is een paleis in Bologna in de Italiaanse regio Emilia-Romagna. Het ligt aan de Via de’ Pignattari 1, tegenover de Piazza Maggiore.
Het paleis is ontstaan tussen 1319 en 1328 uit de samenvoeging van verschillende gebouwen als het maatschappelijk zetel van de Società dei Notai. De gebouwen waren al tussen 1287 en 1322 door de vereniging aangekocht en tussen 1304 en 1322 waren delen van het oorspronkelijk in het Palazzo d’Accursio ondergebrachte archief verhuisd naar het in aanbouw zijnde complex. Het in 1328 betrokken gebouw verschilde wezenlijk van het huidige paleis en leek meer op een kleine vesting.
