Ons appartement bevindt zich op een puntige binnenplaats. Het werd volledig vernieuwd in 2020 en we besloten het te ingericht volgens de 3 R-filosofie: Recyclen, Hergebruiken, Recreëren. Het huidige meubilair is gemaakt met behulp van voormalige meubels, oud hout, pallets en dagelijks gebruikte objecten. Het gebied is erg rustig, hoewel de belangrijkste diensten dichtbij zijn. De rivier de Ticino en de voetstappen van het park zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken, evenals de steden Milaan en Pavia.
