De Vallei van de Zeven Kastelen is een informele naam gegeven aan de vallei van de rivier de Eisch, in het centrum van Luxemburg. Het strekt zich uit vanaf de samenvloeiing met de Alzette stroomopwaarts naar Steinfort, aan de grens met België.
De hele route kan ongeveer in een uur met de auto worden afgelegd, te beginnen nabij de stad Arlon, aan de grens van België / Luxemburg. Er is een pad van 37 kilometer dat wandelaars langs de vallei en verder naar de kastelen leidt.
