Gwardamanġa is een plaats in de Maltese gemeente Tal-Pietà. De plaats ligt op een steile heuvel, die als een uitsteeksel tussen twee valleien oprijst. Het is een voorstad van Valletta.
In Gwardamanġa bevindt zich het St. Luke's Hospital, het voormalige centrale ziekenhuis van Malta. Verder staat daar de Villa Guardamangia, waar prinses Elisabeth, de latere koningin Elisabeth II van Groot-Brittannië, tussen 1946 en 1953 tijdelijk woonde. Haar echtgenoot Philip Mountbatten, hertog van Edinburgh, diende daar van 1949 tot 1951 bij de Britse marine.
