Gwardamanġa er en by i den maltesiske kommune Tal-Pietà. Stedet ligger på en stejl bakke, der strækker sig som en fremspring mellem to dale. Det er en forstad til Valletta.
I Gwardamanġa ligger St. Luke’s Hospital, det tidligere centrale hospital i Malta. Desuden ligger Villa Guardamangia, hvor prinsesse Elisabeth, den senere dronning Elisabeth II af Storbritannien, midlertidigt boede mellem 1946 og 1953. Hendes mand Philip Mountbatten, hertug af Edinburgh, tjente der fra 1949 til 1951 i den britiske marine.
