De Nieuwe Vecht is de naam van een waterloop in Zwolle die rond 1600 is gegraven tussen de Overijsselse Vecht en de Nieuwe Wetering in het centrum van Zwolle.
Door dit kanaal konden schepen sneller van de Vecht in Zwolle komen en omgekeerd. Zij hoefden nu niet meer over het Zwarte Water. De lading, meestal Bentheimer zandsteen kon zo sneller worden vervoerd. Langs deze waterweg stonden veel molens die landbouwgewassen uit Twente verwerkten. Hiervan is alleen oliemolen De Passiebloem overgebleven.
