Kasteel Horn is een van de oudste, nog intacte middeleeuwse ringmuurburchten in Nederland.
De burcht is gebouwd op een natuurlijke verhoging aan een oude bocht van de Maas. Het is in de dertiende eeuw gebouwd als een onregelmatig rond kasteel met vier ronde hoektorens.
Rondom het kasteel ligt een prachtig park. In dit park liggen naast het kasteel ook een kasteelboerderij, een varkensstal, een dienstwoning met schuur, een grote schuur en een remise. Zowel de gebouwen als het park zijn Rijksmonument.
Is Kasteel Horn te bezoeken?
De burcht is particulier eigendom en daardoor niet vrij te bezoeken. Het park is wél altijd voor wandelaars toegankelijk.
