Megchelen is een Nederlands dorp gelegen in de Gelderse Achterhoek, in de gemeente Oude IJsselstreek. Tot aan de gemeentelijk herindeling hoorde het tot de voormalige gemeente Gendringen. Megchelen ligt direct aan de landsgrens met Duitsland.
Huis Landfort is een buitenplaats en voormalig havezate in Megchelen, in de Nederlandse provincie Gelderland. De buitenplaats is gelegen tegen de Duitse grens en kent een geschiedenis die teruggaat tot de vijftiende eeuw. De huidige buitenplaats is ontstaan aan het begin van de negentiende eeuw. Wikipedia
