Ede is een middelgrote plaats in de Nederlandse provincie Gelderland, te vinden op de westflank van de Veluwe en in de zuidelijke Gelderse Vallei. Het is tevens de hoofdplaats van de gelijknamige gemeente. De plaats Ede heeft 68.050 inwoners (2010).
