Het huis met het adres Oudste Poortstraat 18 in 's-Heerenberg staat op de gemeentelijke monumentenlijst.De voorgevel van dit woonhuis uit ca. 1910 is gepleisterd en gedecoreerd met elementen die ontleend zijn aan de Jugendstil. Het oorspronkelijke karakter van deze versieringen zijn goed bewaard gebleven. Met name de in de voorgevel aangebrachte bladranken zijn opvallend.
