Grashoek is een dorp in de Nederlands-Limburgse gemeente Peel en Maas. Het dorp had op 1 januari 2021 1.685 inwoners.Grashoek is gelegen in het noordwesten van de Limburgse Gemeente Peel en Maas, aan de rand van de Peel. De meeste inwoners zijn werkzaam in de veehouderij en tuinbouw al wordt het aandeel forensen steeds groter. Per 1 januari 2010 maakt Grashoek, als kern uit de oud-gemeente Helden, deel uit van de gemeente Peel en Maas. Hoewel er van oudsher een Limburgs dialect wordt gesproken is de Brabantse invloed onmiskenbaar aanwezig.
