Nieuwleusen is een plaats en voormalige gemeente in de Nederlandse provincie Overijssel. Bij de gemeentelijke herindeling van 2001 is het leeuwendeel van de gemeente Nieuwleusen bij de gemeente Dalfsen gevoegd. Een ander deel is bij de gemeente Zwolle gevoegd, waaronder De Lichtmis. Nieuwleusen telt op 1 januari 2021 9.300 inwoners.
